Page Background Color on Screen

Allow user to set page background color when it’s None

Add Page Background Color on Page tab of Preferences: Options dialog

to specify what color to show when graph page background is <None>

This is only for display purposes. It will not affect copy page, graph export and printout.

User story:

User uses dark background in Powerpoint slide or other applications and want to create graph in Origin and paste it there. so user may set some text in graph to yellow. Before Origin 2024, when page background is none, we show white and no way to change it.

User doesn’t want to change page background color since <none> is useful if user wants to the paste graph to PPT with dark background with image, etc. and see through. Plus if user change page background in Origin, graph export, etc. will show such background. Plus user will need to set it for each graph window.
