In 9.0, for XYZ data, even if there is data filtering in a column, 3D graph will still plot all data. This is fixed in 9.1.
In the past, if user customized a graph and saved it as a graph template, he/she has to go to Template Library to plot from customized template.
In 9.1, user can choose Plot: User Defined to see all customized graph templates and plot from it. It doesn't matter which category the graph template is saved into.
Added Anti-aliasing control so lines look better on monitor.
For 2D Graphs, it's on Size/Speed tab of Layer level of Plot Details dialog. When this option is selected, X and Y axes will be forced to have the same length in pixel for the same scale increment. The check box will be hidden when the scale is not linear.
For 3D graphs, it's on Axis tab of Layer level in Plot Details dialog.
If there is categorical data in a plot, or if the plot is box chart, when right-clicking the legend, there will bean Add/Update Legend Entries context menu item to easily add a corresponding legend.
Right click the graph legend and choose Update Legend... from the context menu. This opens the legendupdate dialog box. When you set Auto Legend Translation Mode to Custom, a Legend Custom Format option is added, allowing you to choose meta-data options for customizing the legend. Note that this box allows text entry and custom entries are saved when the dialog is closed.
User can create and use his/her color list, shape list, or interior list when plotting graph.
In Plot Details dialog, set the Color, Shape or Interior to be Increment or Indexing
Then the Color List, Shape List and Interior List tabs will show. User can check Use custom increment list check box and then customize the increment list.
User can also right click in the gray area of the increment list and load an increment list or save the Increment list for future usage.
E.g. the following scatter plot uses customized color, shape and increment list. This is supported in other plot types.
Select the When dragged to reposition, also reposition parent layer check box on Size/Speed tab of a linked layer (layer level in the Plot Details dialog box). When moving a child layer, parent layer will follow.
Support 3 panning mode.
After user clicks button to go into Zoom and Panning mode, or holds down X key to go into Panning mode, user can press SPACE keyboard to toggle panning modes.
