Select the An option has been added to reposition parent layer when a child layer is moved. The control is a check box named When dragged to reposition, also reposition parent layer check box on , and it is located in the Size/Speed tab of a linked layer (layer level in the Plot Details dialog box). When moving a child layer, parent layer will follow.
