Box width and position with information from Column Label Rows (ORG-1943,  ORG-4094)

User can put Box width and Box position information in Column Label Rows.

Then on Box tab in Plot Details dialog, use the Box Width(%) dropdown list and Scaling Factor for Box width control.

Use X Position dropdown list for Box position control.

How to:

1. Position boxes by a column label row: Go to Plot Details: Plot level: Box tab, choose label name in  X Position dragdown.
2. Index boxes width by a column label row: Go to Plot Details: Plot level: Box tab, check Box Width by Parameter checkbox and set Scaling Factor.
3. Horizontal Graph: Click Graph: Exange X-Y Axes menu.
