In Origin9.1, user can we also add support adding axis breaks to 3D plot axis. You can find the interface in Axis Dialog:

How to: 

1. Double click the axis you want to add breaks on to open Axis Dialog.
2. Go to X Axis/Y Axis/Z Axis: Breaks,

...

1. check Enable checkbox.
2. Set Number of Breaks. Origin support up to 7 breaks on one single axis.
3. Specify each breaks's details.
