implement a new Graph Template library GUI where each template is presented as a big icon. 
  1. Only user defined graph template are included.
  2. data information is saved with the template that can make it easier to plot with similar data.
  3. Manage We can manage the template library by dragging each one template into corresponding category.
  4. Buttons on the upper left of the panel enable us to:
    a. scan the templates in the user defined folder.
    b. add create new template categories.
    c. add new template into library.
    d. filter apply filtering to narrow the templates to those matches the selected worksheet.
