Select Custom for Display in Column Properties dialog or Format Cell dialog. Choose ##+## or #+##M from Custom Display combo.

Note: in Axis Dialog: Tick Label tab also support linear For graph's tick label, linear referencing numeric display is also supported by set setting Display to Custom in the page under Tick Labels in Axis Dialog.
