When edit mode is independent, it should find min max of this plot, not group min/max.

When edit mode is independent, we should rescale colormap button in single tab of plot level mini toolbar for heatmap.

1. make 3D bars plot with XYZXYZ

2. open PD dialog, select the first plot, go to error bar tab, set Z error data as col(a), click apply

Hold Ctrl key and double click a column/bar allows user to customize or turn off the column/bar. But it couldn’t hide the corresponding error bar there.

Layer.group1.allcols=1 failed to work if deleting 1st Y column

LabTalk property Layer.group1.allcols=1 is used to set up a graph, created by plotting all columns in a worksheet, to auto add and remove plots when new columns are added, or existing columns are deleted in worksheet.

But this stops working if 1st Y column is deleted in worksheet.

Fixed in Origin 2024b.

1. open attach file crash.opju, in which the graph window has table outside of graph page.

2. resize graph page width slowly, when the page right edge closes to the table left edge.

Independent Mode does not work fine for Fill in 3D waterfall

1. Open Waterfall Plots - 3D Waterfall with Line and Scatter from Learning Center (any 3D waterfall should be the same)

2. In the Group tab of the PD dialog, set Edit Mode to be Independent.

3. In the Pattern tab, set Fill Color to be None. Click Apply button.

==> Fill Color of all curves on graph are changed to be None

4.Switch to the second plot in the left panel

→ The Fill Color in Pattern tab is still FAFAFA

1. Change the Fill Color to be black, click Apply button.

==>Fill color of the second plot on graph won’t change. It keeps to be none

2.Mouse over any Cylinder bar on graph.

→ data point tooltip showed.

3.Single click on it.

==> Z axis line is selected and axis MT showed.

Fail to reset to full plot range in C/G build

In the German or Chinese Origin, plot a scatter plot then edit the plot’s display range. Reset to full plot range by plot’s context menu.

1. open attached project, PolarDendrogram.opju

2. open PD, go to label tab, unchecked show labels for leaves only and auto hide overlapped labels, ok

4. in All tree plots branch, select line branch, right click and select collapse all siblings.

5. change distance type to branch to leaves, uncheck show root at zero, ok

6. save template with this graph, template name is htreecir

7. select 1st two columns in Cluster Plot Data sheet, run “wo -p 108 htreecir;”

8. open PD with new graph, go to label tab ==> show labels for leaves only and auto hide overlapped labels are both selected

9. save format as theme from new created plot ==> distance type is auto, show root at zero is selected

1.Import some tif file into an image window.

2.Select Image menu - Convert to Column, click OK with default settings.

3.Highlight col A in output sheet to create a Histogram plot.

→ The curve showed on plot. (it is not slow, since it uses approximation algorithm)

1. Change Separators combo to be 1.000,0

2. New a sheet and fill x with row number and y with very small numbers so that scientific notation is displayed.

3. Plot line graph and Y-axis should also have scientific notation.

4. Go to Y-axis dialog and for “Divide by Factor”, enter the highest tick label

5. Click OK and save Project and close Project.
   -->Tick labels change correctly.

6. Change Separator back to 1,000.0 and reopen Project file

Pattern Tab Fails to Show for Independent Group Curve Fill Color

1. New a project, create a grouped multiple-lines plot.

2. In PD dlg, set Edit Mode to Independent.

3. Go to Line tab of the first line, check Enable Fill Area Under Curve. → notice that the Pattern tab shows.

4. Select other curve on the left, ==> the Pattern tab doesn’t show.

5. Uncheck for example the “Follow 1st Plot in the Group“ checkbox. → The Pattern tab shows.

Manipulate Plot Setup dialog is slow when column Long Name is long

1. Make a line plot with Long Name string very very long.

2. Open Plot Setup dialog. ==> It took a few seconds to see the contents in bottom panel.

3. Try some actions on dialog, like click Layer 1 line in the bottom panel. ==> It took a few seconds to see the line selected.

4. Check Y checkbox for col C in middle panel, click Add button. ==> It took a few seconds to see bottom panel updated.

5. Check the middle panel. ==> column width of “Long Name“ or “Comments“ is very long, which is not necessary.
