Menus are available under Plot: Statistics menu.
Buttons are available from 2D Graphs toolbar.

Box width and position with information from Column Label Rows (ORG-1943, ORG-4094)
User can put Box width and Box position information in Column Label Rows.
Then on Box tab in Plot Details dialog, use the Box Width(%) dropdown list and Scaling Factor for Box width control.
Use X Position dropdown list for Box position control.
