When plotting grouped column/box charts. Tick labels show as tables by default.

Open Axis dialog and right click those Bottom1, Bottom2, Top1, Top2. Show checkbox status is wrong.

ORG-10950Fails to import SPC file in 64bit Origin unless importing once in 32bit

For a newly installed Origin, 64 bit version fails to import any SPC file if user never use 32 bit version to do the importing.

However, the problem will be gone once importing in 32 bit.
