Add Color Scale Context menu for Colormap Surface

In previous versions, user has to use Data: menu to activate the colormap surface first and then click Add Color Scale toolbar button to add a color scale object in graph.
In Origin 9.1, you can right click any Colormap Surface and then choose Colormap: Add Color Scale from context menu.
