Collapsible Menu and Context Menus

Now most of the menu/context menu will be collapsible so user do not need to go through all options every time.
Note: To turn off the collapsible menus and show full menus, please look at the page below |
Note: Once the hidden menu is selected, it will be shown as the commonly used ones in the collapsible menu in the next time. |

In fact, if you select a hidden menu, it will be shown as the commonly used ones in the next time.
However, if you do want to turn off the collapsible menu, please look at the page below

It would be much better if this change in access to the command menu could be disabled, because the limited options that are now shown by default are not always the ones being used the most. For example, it now takes twice as long to open up a new worksheet as it did before.
