Support Subrange Notation in Formula

Subrange notation such as [i-5:i+5] can be used to perform calculations over a range of cells.

For example:

1. Fill column A with row numbers.
2. Open Set Column Values dialog of col(B).
3. Choose Formula: Load Sample: Moving Standard Deviations and click OK.

Then column B will be filled with the running-standard deviation over 11 points, at every row, based on the data in column A.
