New Annotation Dialog

• Annotation toolbar button is moved out of the Data Reader group to make it more obvious.

• Double click annotation will show a new dialog with more controls: Text, Frame, Leader line, Position and Programming.

Alt+Drag to move annotation to another point

Hold Alt key, and start drag the annotation text, target cursor will show.

Move to new data point and release mouse, annotation will reflect info. of new point

Hide/Delete Data Plot should also hide/delete the related annotation 

When hide/delete a data plot, the annotation attached to this plot still stay in the graph, we should also hide/delete it.
